We assess sensitivity of the landscape and any significant impacts of development, and capacity for the landscape to balance development

Aerial Data Integration

LLC provides aerial data solutions for the real estate, environment and planning sectors. We have combined Landuse Consulting and Commercial Aviation experience, operating for over 20 years.

LLC undertake large-scale development capacity study, assessing the capacity of the landscape to accommodate development. We are certified UAV operators and have access to nationwide AOC aerial survey equipment for larger scale developments

Environmental Monitoring, Reporting & Mitigation

We adopt a data driven approach to site monitoring, reporting and mitigation during Development Control at the construction stage and post-construction, ensuring compliance with Planning Approval Conditions including BS5837 compliance
